- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt or tube pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the oil and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
