- A batch of rough puff pastry (homemade or store-bought)

- A bit of vanilla icing (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the berries with lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch until thickened. Let it cool.
- Roll out your puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of berry filling in the center of each square.
- Fold into triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash, cut a small vent on top, and bake at 400°F (204°C) for about 20 minutes until golden.
